Where is my order?
If you just purchased a Happy Loop, we want to say thank you 🥰 Here are the answers to your questions about the shipment.
The orders are shipped :
The day after the order, from Monday to Thursday,
Monday for orders placed between Friday and Sunday.
If you have ordered an engraving for your Happy Loop, it can take 3 additional working days before shipping.
If your order has been shipped, you have received an email with the tracking number. If this is not the case, think of looking in the spam, our emails sometimes hide there.
If you can't find your tracking anywhere, don't hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, our team will do their best to help you. 😊
How do I know if my order went through?
When your order is validated, you will receive a validation email. If you don't see it in your email inbox, the email may be in spam. Don't forget to check there. 😊
If you still can't find it, please contact us with your order number at email@example.com.
Can I return my Happy Loop?
You have 14 days to tell us you want to return your Happy Loop if once received you realize that it does not meet your expectations.
Simply use the contact form to ask for a return and, if you are in your return window, we'll provide a free return label.
To do so, return the Happy Loop in a perfect state, with all its accessories (lid, spinny, cards, packaging), well protected in a postal carton.
We will confirm the refund as soon as it is received with all its parts.
Please note that if you have purchased your Happy Loop from one of our distribution partners, it is with them that you should see directly what their return policy is 🙃.
If, on the other hand, you want to return your Happy Loop because it doesn't work properly, we suggest you first take a look at the technical answers provided in our FAQ or ask us directly for some help. And if it still doesn't work, we'll get you a replacement.
Can I return the cards?
Regrettably, we cannot accept returns for these cards. However, we are committed to ensuring your Happy Loop experience is a delightful one. If you encounter any issues or have questions regarding your cards, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Your satisfaction and enjoyment with Happy Loop are of utmost importance to us, and we are here to make your experience as pleasant as possible. Can I change the delivery address of my order?
It is possible to modify the delivery address if your order has not already been shipped.
If you have received a shipment confirmation email, it is too late to modify the shipping address.
If you have not, it might still be possible to modify the shipping address. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and precise your demand in the email's object so we can prioritize your email.
For your information, the orders are shipped the next day (working days) after the purchase. The processing time is extended by one working day if you have ordered an engraving.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by sending us a quick message at email@example.com:
If it has not been shipped yet, we can cancel it and refund you immediately.
If it has been shipped, we will ask you to come back to us once you receive your parcel. If you really don't want to keep your order, we will send you a return label.
Once we have received your return, we will refund you for your order.
All refunds should appear in your bank account within 10 days.
How can I get my free Happy Loop?
We're thrilled to offer you a complimentary Happy Loop! All you need to do is make sure you follow these steps👏🏼:
1. First, pick the Happy Loop that best suits your style and add it to your shopping cart.
2. Next, choose the decks of cards you desire, ensuring you reach the minimum requirement of 6 decks.
3. Now, head over to your shopping basket. If you've successfully added the specified number of card decks, which is 6 in this case, you'll see your Happy Loop automatically listed as free!
